You can book online by finding the holiday that you wish to book on the programme page and click on the title of the holiday. You are then directed to the details of the holiday and on the right hand side of the page there is a "Book Now" box. Enter the number of participants and click the "Pay Deposit" button and follow the instructions.

For more information click on our “How to Book” page on the menu bar.

All UK residential holidays require a £175 deposit per person.

Non residential UK holidays require £100 each.

All holidays in Europe require £350 deposit per person.

The deposits apply to painters and non painting partners. All deposits are non-refundable.

4. When do I pay the Final Balance

Your final balance is due 90 days before the holiday. The final balance due date will be on your Booking Confirmation Form.

For holidays in Europe the arrival date is the start date of the holiday.

That’s not a problem but please let us know if you don’t think you will be there by 6pm and we will make whatever arrangements we can for you.

7. When booking flights for holidays in Europe do I need to check with you first

Yes, you need to check with us to ensure that firstly the holiday is viable and secondly, we need to co-ordinate airport transfers so that you are not left waiting at the airport.

8. Can you book my flights for me

Unfortunately, we are unable to book flights for you as we are not ATOL registered but we are able to assist you in the booking of your flights.

9. How long will I have to wait for an airport transfer

We pick people up from airports ASAP so you don’t have to wait any longer than necessary. We are often there waiting at the airport when you arrive. However, we endeavour to ensure that you don’t need to wait any longer than an hour from when you are due to land.

10. When do I leave

All UK holidays finish at 4pm on the last day of the course. Guests will have already checked out of their hotel and we will have travelled to the painting location for the day and we all depart from that location.

On all holidays in Europe all guests will be taken to the airport specified in the transport details at set times to suit the relevant flights.

11. If I am coming by public transport in the UK can you offer lifts

We can pick guests up from some railway, coach or airports and take them to the hotel by arrangement. Please see General Information page on the menu which gives possible pick up points both in the UK and abroad.

Please note do not book any transport until you have checked with us that we can pick you up.
