The historic City of Wells is on the edge of the southern slopes of the Mendip Hills. It is England's smallest City and as such

has the atmosphere of a small market town, with its market square and cobbled streets and is set within the lovely Somerset

countryside. The world famous Cathedral which is probably the most beautiful Cathedral in England has a large green at the

front and is surrounded by plenty of quaint historic buildings with many quiet side streets leading off from it including Vicar's

Close. Bishop's Palace, a very tranquil spot, is not far away and all this is close to the amenities. This provides for an

abundance of beautiful painting locations. Not far away is Kilver Court Gardens, the pretty villages of Nunney and Priddy

which are in the heart of the Mendip Hills.

Key Details

Arrival is from 2pm on the arrival date and the course introduction is at 6pm on the arrival date.

We will leave the hotel at 9.30am each morning, have lunch around 1pm and finish at 4.30pm each day.

The course finishes at 4pm on the departure date.

The deposit is £225 per person for 4 and 5 day holidays (£175 for 3 day holidays).

Most courses cater for all abilities. However, if you are a complete beginner please call to discuss the best choice for you.

For a small additional charge you can have all Art Materials provided for use only on your holiday. Please see Key Details above for more information on pricing and what is included for each medium.

Art Equipment is available and included in the price such as Easels, Chairs and Boards but please indicate on your booking form if you require these so that we can make sure we have enough available.

Prices exclude travel insurance.
